Tour Operations

We are looking to recruit a bright Tour Operation to work within the Operations Department organising European Coach Tours for clients from South East Asia.

Main Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties
  • Tour amendments and operation
  • Liaising with European hotels, coach companies, restaurants and guides
  • Providing a high level of client service
  • Assisting the Operations Executive and Manager with the day to day running of the department
  • Assisting in the development of the department and the growth of business

Key Skills

  • Bright, uses their initiative and able to follow instruction
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral) essential
  • Fluent Mandarin essential
  • Fluent Cantonese advantageous
  • Previous office and administrative experience
  • Geographical knowledge of Europe
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience of working within the travel industry is not crucial but would be advantageous.
