Cashiers Department Accounts Assistant
The Cashier’s Department is a small but very busy department dealing with Travel Director accounts loading trip floats and Trip expense payments for TTC Branded Trips.
Working with TD Accounts and Travel Projects to ensure that Travel Director funds are available at the begging of their trips.
Other General office duties outside of the Operating Companies.

Role and Responsibilities
Seasonal for 6-8 months but may be reviewed at the end of the year.
This role may be subject to further modifications over the coming months to adjust to the developing needs of the business.
Supplier Invoices
- Checking Supplier Invoices daily
- Updating a daily spreadsheet to reflect TD Float Loading to agree to Invoice amount noting any differences for investigation.
- Attention to detail and able to work as a Team or independently a must.
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Recording and analysing petty cash expenditure.
- Ad-hoc balance sheet reconciliations
- General Ledger postings on Oracle to record expenditure.
General Duties
- Posting of daily spreadsheets.
- Assist with TD Float request coding.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Previous office experience would be an advantage but training will be given as this is an entry level position
